1 tbs olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
½ cup soy sauce
2/3 cup ketchup
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp hot sauce of your choice
2 tsp smoked paprika
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup Peg Leg imperial stout
In a pot over medium, add oil and allow to get hot but not smoking.
Add garlic and stir until you can smell it.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until all ingredients have been combined.
Cook until thickened, stirring occasionally, for about 10-15 min.
Store in air tight container in fridge
