Pepperoni Pyrate Bread

2 1/4 cup Bisquick
6 oz. Cutlass Amber Lager (3/4 cup)
2 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup pepperoni, finely chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan, Romano or other hard cheese
1 tablespoon melted butter

Stir together Bisquick, beer and spices in a bowl just until blended. Add pepperoni and cheese. Place in a 9-inch greased loaf pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Test doneness by inserting a sharp knife into loaf, bread is done when knife comes out clean.
