Beer Dinner w/ Hugh @ Stanford Grill - Columbia, MD

Join Heavy Seas' founder Hugh Sisson for an exquisite five-course meal at the Stanford Grill in Columbia. Four of our Mutiny Fleet beers will be served, including Prosit!, Yule Tide, Smoke on Water, and Siren Noire. These special-release beers are hard to come by and, therefore, all the more special when paired properly.

Reception hour (at 6 p.m.): Endive cups with an apple and mandarin salad and a citrus marinated pork tenderloin with caramelized onion and pear relish; paired with Loose Cannon.

1st course: French onion soup topped with pumpernickel croutons and cave aged English Gruyere; paired with Prosit!

2nd course: Sugar cane jumbo shrimp Skewer topped with a ginger hoisin marinade; paired with Yule Tide.

3rd course: Pot roast with roasted vegetables and smoked imperial porter gravy; paired with Smoke On The Water.

4th course: Chocolate ganache; paired with Siren Noire.
