Chow Down for BARCS is a dine-out fundraiser where supporters visit participating restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries, food trucks or to-go businesses across Maryland. In return, the participating venues donate a portion of sales back to BARCS Animal Shelter to support their lifesaving work for animals in need.
