PURPLE LOUNGE
Capacity: 30 Guests (Seating for 20-25)
The Purple Lounge offers a private and intimate setting ideal for smaller gatherings. Perfect for corporate meetings, networking events & milestone celebrations.
GAME ROOM
Capacity: 100 - 150 Guests (Seating for 50-60)
The Game Room offers a spacious, casual setting ideal for larger-sized groups. Perfect for company outings, happy hours, birthdays, reunions & retirement parties.
TAPROOM BUYOUT
Capacity: Up to 300 Guests (Seating for 160)
A Full Taproom Buyout offers complete exclusivity, giving your group private access to our entire Taproom, including our Game Room and outside deck. Perfect for holiday parties, wedding receptions, and other major celebrations.

Kooper’s Pit Stop Food Truck
Our exclusive food partner, Kooper's, operates the Kooper's Pit Stop food truck right here at Heavy Seas. Guests can purchase food directly from their truck during operating hours, featuring a menu of pit sandwiches, burgers, and other pub favorites that pair perfectly with our beer.

Looking for catering for your event? Kooper's is the exclusive caterer for Heavy Seas and offers a variety of catering options for gatherings of all sizes. Their team is available to help customize a menu that fits your event, your guests, and your budget.

In accordance with Maryland law, no outside alcohol is permitted on Heavy Seas premises, including our parking lot. All beverage service must be provided by Heavy Seas Brewery. To-go beer purchases are for off-premise consumption only.
If outside alcohol is brought onto the premises, Heavy Seas reserves the right to immediately cancel the event. In such cases, the Event Host will forfeit all monies paid, as well as any remaining event time.

Heavy Seas proudly partners with Kooper’s as our exclusive food and catering provider.
Outside food is not permitted unless approved in advance, with the exception of desserts (cakes, cupcakes, etc.) and small snacks for children.

Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome in the Main Taproom and Game Room (dogs are not permitted in the Purple Lounge).
Owners are responsible for pet behavior and cleanup.
Service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines.
All other pets must remain at home.

Guests under 21 must remain supervised by an adult at all times.
Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior, including:
• Ensuring appropriate conduct
• No running
• No throwing objects
• No climbing on furnitureOur team reserves the right to address any concerns to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Light decorations are welcome, including: tablecloths, tabletop décor, and balloons. All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
The following items are not permitted: glitter, confetti, fireworks, sparklers, fog or smoke machines, drones, nails or damaging adhesives, and liquid/oil-based items (e.g. water balloons, vases filled with water, etc).
Wall or ceiling installations must be discussed and approved in advance.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a partial refund or cancellation fee.
