OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to Maryland residents only. Must be 21 years or older and a legal resident of the United States to enter. By entering, you grant Heavy Seas Beer permission to repost your photo and use your Instagram handle for promotional purposes.

ENTRY PERIOD: Entries will be accepted from Friday, August 29th, 2025, through Monday, September 1st, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive two (2) general admission/lawn tickets to see Leon Bridges & Charley Crockett at Merriweather Post Pavilion on Sunday, September 7th, 2025. Transportation, parking, food, beverages, and other incidental expenses are not included. Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
Selection of Finalists
• Heavy Seas Marketing team will review all submissions and select their top 3 choices.
• The Top 3 photos will be posted to Instagram Stories for voting Wednesday, September 3rd. Voting period will be 24-hours after the story has been posted. Only votes submitted during this time period will be counted.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
• Instagram Story voting will decide the winner.
• The winner will be notified via DM by Friday, Sept. 5 - Heavy Seas Beer is not liable if the winner misses the Instagram Direct Message and will not replace or provide an alternative prize if concert date lapses prior to response.
• The winning photo (with Instagram handle credit) will be shared on the Heavy Seas Beer Instagram and Facebook social media feeds on Saturday, Sept. 6.
RAIN OR SHINE POLICY: All Merriweather Post Pavilion shows are held rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather or cancellation, prize tickets will remain valid for any officially rescheduled date, if applicable. No alternate prize or compensation will be provided if the show is canceled and not rescheduled.
EMPLOYEE & FAMILY EXCLUSION: Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members or household members of Heavy Seas Beer, Merriweather Post Pavilion, and their respective affiliates, agencies, and promotional partners are not eligible to participate or win.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Heavy Seas Beer, Merriweather Post Pavilion, and their respective affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, loss, or damages incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, attendance at the event, or participation in this giveaway. Neither sponsor is responsible for any cancellation, postponement, or change to the concert or venue beyond their control.
ADDITIONAL TERMS: This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entry or cancel the giveaway at any time.
